Our annual reports and financial disclosures, including Form 990 filings, provide a clear view of how funds are utilized to create meaningful impact. SSF is duly registered under Section 12A(a) of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and holds valid FCRA registration, enabling us to receive and deploy funds responsibly both in India and internationally. We are also registered on the MCA21 portal under the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014. Through these measures, we aim to build trust with our donors, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
